Steps to reproduce:

• execute a (failing) batch operation
• open batch view in cockpit

1) hover over button to delete batch

Problem:
The tooltip shows "Batch Details".

*Expected Behavior:'
The tooltip should be "Delete this Batch"

2) hover over button to delete failed job

Problem:
The tooltip shows "Activate Batch".

*Expected Behavior:'
The tooltip should be "Deletet this Job"
