Table headers should not appear in job definitions tab

      Problem

      • In Cockpit. Process Definition Runtime view, in job definitions tab., table headers should not be visible when there are no job definitions and the message "No job definitions matched by current filter" should be styled like in the other tabs (in center and italic).
