In Cockpit, Timezone offset is shown in batch view

      As Cockpit user

      when:

      • I am on the batch view to monitor running/ended batches

      then I observed:

      • the start time and end time contains the timezone offset

      Expected behavior:
      The timezone offset is not shown

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
