With German "Umlaut" I cannot login into Cockpit/Tasklist

    Description

      When I try to login into the tasklist/cockpit/admin and the userID has a German Umlaut in it (e.g. MÄ as userid) it is not possible to login. If I login as Administrator, it is not possible to change the password for this user. I need to re-enter the old password but I always get the error, that password is not correct.
