Test dependencies have runtime scope

      camunda-bpm-spring-boot-starter-webapp-core has a runtime dependency on camunda-bpm-spring-boot-starter-test.

      This leads to junit, assertj, mockito etc. to be on the runtime classpath which they should not.

            This also applies for camunda-starter-rest

            Could we have a patch release 2.3.1 please? We wont be able to switch to 3.0.0 directly as we need more time to prepare for Spring boot 2.0.
