Create Jenkins job to test Spin on Jackson v. 2.6

      We need to run Spin tests on two Jackson versions now: 2.9.3 and 2.6.3.

      Verions 2.9.3 is configured by default.

      We need to create new Jenkins job, that will run Spin tests on v. 2.6.3. Maven profile jackson-26 must be used for it.
