Problem:
The column "Scope" in variables tab within Runtime Process Instance View disappeared.

Steps to reproduce:

1. go to Cockpit
2. select a process instance with variables
3. open Variables tab in Runtime Process Instance View

Observed Behavior:
The column "Scope" is not present.

Expected Behavior:
The column "Scope" is present.

Hint:
In 7.8 was still there.
