Update broken links on NPM of NodeJS External Task Client

      Problem

      • The links of the API section on the NPM repository website are broken
      • Even if the links are fixed, from a user perspective it is a strange behavior to leave the NPM repository and get to the GitHub page by selecting a topic from the table of contents

      Proposal

      • move the table of contents to a new file, e. g. docs/index.md
      • link to this file in the readme file
      • remove the table of contents from the readme file
