Hide User Task link to cockpit for unauthorized users

      Given:
      I have no authorization for Cockpit

      When
      I open a task in the Tasklis task detail view

      Then
      The link to Cockpit is hidden and only visible for users with authorization

      Current Behavior
      The link is visible for all users. In case of missing authorization the user will be redirect to a 403 Page.

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
