Reproduce:
1) create a user account that has access to Cockpit with read permissions
2) login with new account
3) select a process instance
4) cancel the instance
--> Exception message occurs
Problem:
The content is inconsistent. The exception coming from the engine describes the problem very clear "authorization is missing". The general message in the modal view states that the instance has been deleted maybe.
Solution:
The general message is misleading and should be removed
