  - and filter by all instances that occurred before for a certain time
- then:
  - I get only those historic details which occurred before the specified time
the following scenario is possible:
- when:
  - I query the historic variable details via rest api
  - and filter by all instances that occurred after for a certain time
- then:
  - I get only those historic details which occurred after the specified time
the additional query filters are documented in the rest api of the historic details

When I retrieve the historic details via rest api I cannot filter by occurred after and occured before
