cant disable webapp automatically redirect

    Description

      Hi,
      the automatically redirect for the camunda webapps cant be diasbled with "camunda.bpm.webapp.index-redirect-enabled=false".

      I'm currently trying to import my workflow project to Spring 2.0.0.
      I use camunda-7.9.0-alpha4 and camunda-bpm-spring-boot-starter-3.0.0-alpha1.
