Steps to reproduce
- Make sure you have some running external task instances
- Fetch and lock for external tasks either with
- a negative lock duration
- or max tasks less than zero
Expected behavior
An exception is thrown as these values are forbidden
Observed behavior
No exception is thrown
Hint: ensure util constraints check wrong field names
