Missing Translation for Heatmap and Statistics Toggle

      Reproduce:

      • switch language
      • go to process definition view (history/runtime)

      Problem:

      • The Heatmap toggle and period filter is not translated
      • The Activity Instance Statistics Toggle is not translated

      Expected Behavior:
      All elements are translated

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
