[CAM-9142] In Cockpit, I can see which user submitted a batch operation - camunda JIRA

Context: auditing and traceability of operations performed through cockpit

AT:
When inspecting a batch operation in cockpit (running and completed) in the details view...

I can see which user created the operation
if the inspecting user is privileged, the firstname and lastname is shown instead of the user id
if the user who created the operation has been removed, the user id is shown
if the user who created the batch operation is unknown (null), the user row is not shown
