      • the following index is added for the Case (engine) scrips where does not exist yet:
        • create index ACT_IDX_CASE_EXEC_CASE_INST on ACT_RU_CASE_EXECUTION( CASE_INST_ID_);
      • the sql update scripts are adjusted accordingly
