Cockpit: User operation log view breaks if a user is deleted

    Description

      How to reproduce:

      1. Log in as user demo
      2. Create user operation log entries as that user
      3. Log out
      4. Delete user demo
      5. User operation log view cannot display the log entries for that user; "Loading" spinner remains

      Explanation:

      • Cockpit fetches the user's details to display a log entry, but does not handle the case when the result does not return a user
