[CAM-9299] Sideprojects are built with jdk 7

Currently all sideprojects use 2.5 version of camunda-release-parent which means that they are built with jdk 6.
Switch camunda-release-parent version to 3.0 of all sideprojects:

spin
connect
commons
spring-boot
wildfly-swarm
external task java client
xslt-ee
template-engines
