Each historical table (except for CMMN) contains two columns:

ROOT_PROC_INST_ID_: points to the root process instance in a hierarchy of process instances
REMOVAL_TIME_: contains a timestamp saying when this kind of historical is going to be deleted

In addition, it should be possible to configure when the REMOVAL_TIME_ is set.
