Currently the documentation about history cleanup is misleading. It describes that the cleanup is done in batches. It is easy to misunderstand this and to assume that the current Batch Job structure is used with this, which is wrong.

We should make it clear and define, that the cleanup works without using batch jobs, which is also the reason why these cleanup jobs are not shown in cockpit as batch jobs.

It is also not possible to configure the history cleanup with the batch job priorities, we should also make this clear.
