Consecutive Timer (Cycle) Jobs have default priority

      When defining a Timer event with a repeatable Time Cycle and Job Priority, every consecutive job created after the first one has a default job priority.

      Expected:
      All jobs created due to the Timer event should have the Job Priority defined in the timer.
