- historic batch table has the column REMOVAL_TIME
- the removal time is calculated based on TTL associated with the batch (start time + TTL = removal time) for the batch and related to it entities jobs, etc.
- the removal time is calculated based on TTL associated with the batch (end time + TTL = removal time) for the batch and related to it entities jobs, etc.
- the implementation of the removal time calculation is exchangeable by the user
- historic batches are cleaned up by removal time
- metrics are written
