JS BPMN renderer: add IE 7 support

      We use a library (gwt-ext) that enforces us to use the IE 7 compatibility (quirks) mode of Internet Explorer for our web application. Sadly this also affects the JS rendered BPMN diagram, even though we show it in an iframe.
