When:

• I have process instance running with "broken" output mapping (see example in CAM-9513)
• I delete process definition with Cascade=true

Then:

• I must be able to provide "skipIoMapping" parameter, which will be propagated to "delete process instance" request

So That:

• I can delete such process definition with all related process instances, without having process instances deleted first
