Allow to set polling interval in External Task Client for Java

      I currently can't set the polling Internval like e.g. in the JavaScript client:
      https://github.com/camunda/camunda-external-task-client-js/blob/master/docs/Client.md#new-clientoptions (interval).

      It should be there as well - and the default should also be documented.
