Error message of incident is null when job retries to 0

    Description

      Reproduce
      set job retires paramter for the engine to 0
      deploy a process that throws an incident (failingDelegate with service task)

      throw new RuntimeException("I am failing!");

      start the process
      observe the result in the server log and in cockpit

      Problem
      the error message of the incident is null
      it is not possible to observe the error message of the incident
