Make it possible to delete batch operations with many (failed) batch jobs

      Currently it is not easily possible to delete batch operations with many (failed) batch jobs: when deleting such a batch operation, the engine first loads all batch jobs from the db and then deletes them one by one which leads to memory problems (among others).

      The scope of this issue is to make it possible to always delete a batch operation, regardless of how many jobs it has
