Different Camunda commons version in platform and dmn project

      The platform bom and the dmn engine pom of version 7.10 reference different versions of the commons bom, see the following lines

      https://github.com/camunda/camunda-engine-dmn/blob/7.10.0/pom.xml#L24

      Both project should reference the same dependency version 1.6.1
