Fix minor version written in database procedure of the upgrade guide

      Please have a look at

      should read:

      Attention: This step is only relevant when you are using an enterprise version of the Camunda BPM platform, e.g., 7.10.X where X > 0

      Note that it reads 7.10, not 7.9, because the DB minor version was changed to 7.10 in step 2.
