A user operation log entry is written when I delete historic variables

      Useful for the traceability of when things were deleted. The log entries should include the process instance id and the id/name of the variable, when a single variable is deleted. See https://docs.camunda.org/manual/7.10/user-guide/process-engine/history/#user-operation-log.
