In Admin, on creating a new authorization, the type "ALLOW" is not preselected in dropdown

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Go to Admin
      2. Click on "Authorizations"
      3. Click on "Create new authorization"

      Observed behavior
      Nothing is preselected in the "type" dropdown

      Expected behavior
      "ALLOW" is preselected in the "type" dropdown
