We can add additional tests to ensure:

• ProcessInstancePermissions, ProcessDefintionPermissions and BatchPermissions contain the all of the resource specific permissions from the "old" Permissions enum (e.g. CREATE, READ, UPDATE, DELETE,...)
• each permission's value is unique and power of 2 (except of ALL where is Integer.MAX_VALUE)
