Start Process modal in tasklist can be opened multiple times

      Steps to reproduce

      Observed Behavior

      • I can open multiple modal views that cover each other

      Expected behavior

      • Only one modal view can be opened at once. Pressing ctrl+alt+p a second time does nothing when the modal is already open.

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
