There are two cases where this problem needs to be fixed.

Steps to reproduce: Case 1

1. In Cockpit, go to processes view
2. Click on the trash bin of a process variant (aggregation by key) with no running process instances

Steps to reproduce: Case 2

1. In Cockpit, go to process definition runtime view
2. Click on the trash bin of a process revision (single version of a process definition) with no running process instances

Observed behavior
An empty blue box is shown.

Expected behavior
No empty blue box is shown.
