      Steps to reproduce

      1. Go to Cockpit
      2. Migrate a process instance
      3. Navigate to step 'confirm'
      4. Hover over tooltip to show payload

      Observed behavior
      Tooltip is cut off.

      Expected behavior
      Tooltip is fully visible.
