I am able to query tasks case-insensitively with the new API in task list

      • Task Queries can now be case-insensitive for all variable names and/or variable values
      • we can not toggle case-sensitivity for single variables any more
      • the operators introduced for case-insensitive variable value queries do not exist anymore
      • we could possibly make all queries in task list case-insensitive by default, discuss this with thorben.lindhauer
