    Description

      Precondition
      Make sure to have an operation log entry with an empty property value.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. In Cockpit, go to operation log page
      2. Hover over an empty table field

      Observed behavior
      Clipboard action is shown.

      Expected behavior
      No clipboard action is shown.
