Pie Charts useless for more than 6 datapoints

      Reproduce:

      • Create a Report with a Pie Chart that has more than 6 slices

      Expected:

      • All slices have distinct colors

      Observed:

      • There are only six colors, all additional slices have the color gray

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app

            [OPT-1176] Pie Charts useless for more than 6 datapoints

            Still not 100% happy with the solution, because when you have more than 6 or 7 entries, the colors become hard to distinguish. We should think about a solution like only showing the top x entries and group the rest into an "Others" slice. Maybe franz.heidl has some ideas for that.

            The implementation looks and also the described problem is fixed for now

            I agree, Sebastian. Also the colors are not very nice in terms of style. Maybe you can create a ticket for your described issue assign it to Franz.
