Filters than cannot be edited should not have a pointer cursor

      AT:

      • In filters that are not editable, when hovering over the filter in the filter list in the report edit mode, the cursor does not change to pointer
      • this applies to the "Running Process Instances Only" and "Completed Process Instances Only" filters
