I can filter Instances by the end date

      AT:

      • As a user, I can apply end date filters to reports, similar to the existing start date filter
      • I can chose either rolling or fixed end date to filter for
      • When adding an end date filter, I can see a note that this will filter out all the running instances

            Works great, few things:

            • Can we have tests, for the camelcase function, the date filter modal and list
            • I suggest not to have this function FilterTypeToOperation, I would just check if it is startDate and append started or ended, Much easier to read, or at least change the name to something more meaningful
