Create combined report selection panel

      AT:

      • When opening the edit view of the report builder of combined report, I see a list of single reports to combine
      • I can select multiple single reports from the list to combine them
      • If i select one report, only the report that can be combined with will be shown
      • I can save the selected report and the data will be presisted.

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app

            • I think the size of the side panel should not change when changing the selected reports
            • In Chrome there are unnecessary scrollbars on the report selection component
            • There is a bug when creating a new normal report: Create a new normal report. Select a process definition. The help text now says "please select one or more reports from the list" instead of "Please choose view"
