Description
What is the desired functionality that you are missing?
As an Optimize user, I would like to be able to filter process instances by:
- has open incidents
- has resolved incidents
Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?
- I would like to know the number of process instances that had incidents
- I would like to know how the number of process instances with incidents develops over time
- I would like to know how the number of process instances with incidents compares to the number of process instances without incidents over time.
- I would like to know how process instances with incidents perform compared to the ones without incidents, so that I can find out what business impact incidents have on my process instance duration.
- etc.
