What is the desired functionality that you are missing?
As a User I would like to
- see number of open incidents in a process definition
- see number of resolved incidents in a process definition
- see number of total incidents in a process definition
--> Filtering will be solved with OPT-1799
As a User I would like to also
- group these numbers by variable --> Grouping by variable (OPT-4294)
- group these numbers by flownode --> done with this ticket (
OPT-2845) - group these numbers by date --> Grouping by date (OPT-4295)
Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?
- **Identify flow nodes where incidents happen frequently
- Identify if certain process context leads to frequent incidents in the process (variable)
- Identify trends for amount of incidents
