AT:

• an integration test pipeline is created that verifies correct behavior of Optimize in a cluster scenario (>= 2 instances)
• scenarios to test are at least:
  1. one instance with disabled import (#1), one with enabled import (#2) (create & evaluate report through #1 works and provides results based on data imported by #2)
  2. authenticate with one instance, use cookie to access other instance successfully
  3. no existing optimize schema, concurrently start two or more optimize instances, startup succeeds although all instances concurrently try to create the schema
