L3 - Default AT:
- an integration test pipeline is created that verifies correct behavior of Optimize in a cluster scenario (>= 2 instances)
- scenarios to test are at least:
- one instance with disabled import (#1), one with enabled import (#2) (create & evaluate report through #1 works and provides results based on data imported by #2)
- authenticate with one instance, use cookie to access other instance successfully
- no existing optimize schema, concurrently start two or more optimize instances, startup succeeds although all instances concurrently try to create the schema
