move dashboards and reports list to home page

      AT:

      • Remove the report and dashboard pages
      • add create buttons near report and dashboard
      • Delete and duplicate operations appear on hover on the main page
      • when clicking view all <entity> in the home page, then load all the <entity> items
      • make report/dashboard list collapsable
