L3 - Default AT:
- I see a new panel on the top of the home page for collections
- I can create a collection by clicking on a button on the top right corner
- I can update and delete the created collection
- after creating a collection, I see a collapsable button with all the reports inside the collection
- I see on the collection: the number of items inside it, creation date and creator of the collection
- if the collection is empty is see a message indicating that.
