Align select look and feel to dropdown component

      AT:

      • The select component has the same look and feel as the dropdown component
      • Ensure even disabled select buttons have a default state and are not blank

      Context:
      The select component still uses the a native select element. However, this causes the look to be different from other Optimize components like the dropdown. Also the key behavior is different to the dropdown, which was already confused users (see OPT-2004). Maybe we should use the dropdown component within the select component instead of the native browser select.
