Remove operations field in decision report view (frontend)

      AT:

      • the "property" property of the decision report view structure is used instead of the "operation" property (e.g. property: rawData instead of operation: rawData)
      • operation property is removed in decision report view structure

      Background:
      Similarly to the removal of the operations field in the process report view structure, now the decision report view structure gets changed.
