      AT:

      • Running user tasks are imported from the engine with their existing data (e.g. idleTime if the running user task was claimed, or null otherwise)
      • Running user tasks do not effect the metric calculation results of the current Optimize user task report evaluation results (new endpoints for optimize change between running/completed/all user tasks will be implemented with OPT-2222)
