Group by assignee / candidate groups shows unassigned tasks

      When
      a) View User Task: Count
      b) Group by Assignee or candidate group
      (c) Distribute by user task) 
      I can also see the number of unassigned tasks if I want to (for now always enabled, see comments).

      • evaluation of UserTaskFrequency reports als returns unassigned tasks
      • if there are no unassigned tasks, this bucket is omitted from the result
      • the "unassigned" label is localised
